Although I have wondered what a 65C816 based Acorn might have been like (that is the 16-bit version of 6502 8-bit CPU used in BBC)
The Acorn Communicator used a second-source 65816 as its processor. As for other 16-bit processors used by Acorn, the Acorn Business Computer 300 series were to use the 80286 as the second processor, which is categorised as 16-bit, and the Master 512 used the 80186 in a similar fashion. If we were to include the rebadged Olivetti M19, then we would have another 16-bit system, based entirely on the 8088 in that case.

If taking rebadged products into consideration, I wonder how the PowerPC-based SchoolServer might rank in the benchmarking exercise.
