I was looking through one backup disc and I found one labelled 'terminals'. It was corrupted but I think I managed to get most of this program off it, but there are two files 'TEK' and 'TEK96' which are filled with e5 which looks like they may not have transferred. I have extracted the attached image from that disc. It had a number of what looked to be files doing *FX and but they didn't seem to make much sense as they were reading from the analogue port :/

Here is the main useful files:

'Termgen by Queen Mary College'

run termgen and I think you can configure any terminal along with redefining the font for them.
