I had a similar problem recently trying to test some IGBTs from a microwave, my component rester could only supply 5V.
I've got a moderately decent LCR meter (ET4510 - Chinese but well respected and can test at 1kHz intervals up to about 100kHZ). However I don't know how valid an impedance test on different triplers would be because my tester only deals with small voltages and the HV diodes in a tripler need a forward bias voltage around 30-40v to switch on.
