And you'd need it to emulate at significantly more than 300MHz... otherwise what's the point?
PiStorm32 with a Pi4 (standard clocking) is currently making 2333 MIPS running Emu68 (a completely different CPU architecture). That is roughly 9x SA1100. Should be practical enough.
