I think I've done a thorough search, but can't find out if the RGBtoHDMI project (with the additional analogue board) would be suitable to use a modern monitor on the 15KHz modes of an A3000. I'm suspecting it's not possible, as I can't find anyone saying they've done it (or that it won't work). Anyone know for sure ?
