The first thing to do after updating the extension is to enable the feature, the relevant ones can be found by searching for "inlay enable" in the setting ui.

- There is the global setting Editor > Inlay Hints: Enabled which defaults to on but might best be used as offUnlessPressed.
- Then the extension specific setting Beebvsc: Enable Inlay Hints which defaults to false so needs switching.
