Make sure you have a good quality (thick/short) VGA cable.Has anyone had any experience of either the A7000 or a RISC PC with an OSSC and could share some settings or advise what the monitor type should be on the A7000?
Coincidentally I've just been faffing with this today and I can get much better behaviour out of A7000/RiscPC than earlier machines. I -think- it's the framerate, but I'm not sure. The default Acorn MDFs have some 'weird' framerates, such as only 56Hz for 800x600 if 8bit, but can do 60Hz if just 4bit colour - specs well below the capability of VIDC20.
I'm currently playing with the output of OSSC from an A7000+ feeding a cheap HDMI USB capture device and viewing the result in the Windows Camera app - cheezy and laggy, but it works and looks ok to me...
