I have a Colour Card but do not have the cable to
from the computer to the card.

It's just a standard 0.1" pitch 16way (8x2) IDC. Something off the shelf like Amphenol FC16300 should do.
You can even use single-pole F-F patch wires if you really want.

I am also looking for Vivid Gold for the A5000 ,
does anyone know where to buy it.

I don't know where to buy it but I know where to download it
