Necromancy again ahoy!Sorry to necro this thread, but I was recently trying to remember a farming type game that I played in my youth, and my searches lead me to this forum; It's quite possible the game I recall was on the BBC Micro discs Nottingham County Council distributed, something by Longman called "Farm Resources Game"... Did these discs ever turn up, does anyone know? Thanks!
Thanks to the link from Flaxcottage, I was able to explore the Longman software after 40-odd years; I'm not entirely sure it's the game I remember, as my memory of it was that all you did was grow grass in the field every year, and I don't recall it being this complicated... but it's been 40 years, so I could be wrong! Either way, fields full of grass again!
Edit: I think I've found it! It's "Farm Game" not "Farm Resources Game", also from Longman but a much simpler version where you can indeed just shove grass in every field and watch profit come in every year. Huzzah!
