I agree. It looks like the BREAK key has been repositioned. It does look like there has been some other work done on the keyboard, which is not a great sign, as these keyboards are notoriously difficult to repair, and normally you only make things worse. But as long as you've got all the keycaps, then there are other solutions out there. For example:
