Now is a good time to report more bugs, as I hope to put out v4.1 with the above changes before too long.
Something very minor, but should the code be trying to load a tape when no tape is loaded?
If I enter *TAPE followed by CHAIN"" with no tape loaded I get a constant stream of

I found this when I tried loading a bad CSW from the Acorn Preservation collection, but it does the same if no tape is loaded.

Is it supposed to stop after the "tape finished" message?
