Interesting. I bought them as UK101 tapes, although there is little to suggest where the first two came from. The third has a piece of paper that says "UK101 programs + Casio".
I've had some success transcribing UK101 tapes using my tools before, but couldn't make much sense out of these. I think maybe they are 1200/2400 Kansas-style format, but I don't know for sure. One issue that sometimes stymies transcription is "micro-slowdowns". Here, a sticky tape mechanism slows down playback. It does this so briefly that the effect is not audible, but it is disastrous for transcription attempts.

Some people apparently have success flexing the cassette shell in order to free up a sticky mechanism. I have absolutely no idea if that would help in this case.
