Any mention of ME Electronics, the Reading-based dealer responsible for lots of Acorn (and Econet) sales in the Thames valley?
It was a striking sociological observation that at the time nearly all our dealers had exclusively male staff in common with much of the industry (despite selling to schools where the teaching staff using the computers actually had reasonable gender balance). ME on the other hand was staffed entirely by women (and was extremely successful).
