C1, C2 should always be replaced with new parts. These Rifa capacitors are now infamous for going pop and giving an impressive smoke display (which absolutely stinks the place out).
I strongly recommend that you buy suitable class X2 film capacitors and stay away from any new Rifa branded capacitors.
Both C1 and C2 need to be safety rated types, known as class X2.
C1 - 10nF class X2 - check the size and the lead pitch before ordering (*).
C2 - 100nF class X2 - check the size and the lead pitch before ordering (*).
* IIRC the Master board is more flexible in that two lead pitches are provided for, but I may have it backwards, so check both the BBC and the Master for each capacitor.
It is also strongly recommended that capacitor C9 is renewed, as it's a known 'stock' fault. Use a good quality 220µF 25V 105°C type.
Only buy these parts from a reputable supplier.
