Yeah I was asking for a friend that is doing a build / test / debug loop through visual studio, some scripts to get to a .ssd, and then beebem emulator. And then occasionally manually testing on a model b, by updating a beeb.mmb with the .ssd and physically moving the sd card across.
He was asking about how to remove the physical moving of the sd card & what other people do. For now, he is going to try a https://biqu.equipment/products/bigtree ... 5937009762
Not sure how he debugs while testing, ie. can he set breakpoints, step in, over etc - I’ll have to ask him
Also not sure if he’s going from C->6502 or straight assembly (I suspect the latter). Is C a possibility? What happens for libraries / calls to malloc() - I assume you stay away from them.
Again, there’s probably a better place on the forum, or thread that I should have written this…
