b2 has a native macOS build: https://github.com/tom-seddon/b2/releases/latest - I use the Intel macOS build on my Intel Mac sometimes, but the Apple Silicon build is so far untested by me (however it apparently does work). Once Apple release a new Mac Studio, I'll be upgrading.
Regarding BeebAsm, the official releases (https://github.com/stardot/beebasm/releases) don't seem to be built for macOS, but you should be able to build it yourself using the Xcode available from the app store.

P.S. glad to hear you are enjoying Ghouls: Revenge!
