Today I did manage to get the other beeb of this haul:

Sadly the keyboard barely response...![:-(]( "Sad")
At the power up the Beeb gives a nice usual beep...![:-)]( "Smile")
But on the screen I get, 'Language?'
I know a Master can do this but not expecting this to see at a beeb startup...![:?]( "Confused")
Apart of Shift + Break which gives a nice beep, none of the keys are functioning,
I already swapped with the keyboard with another,, but no change...![:(]( "Sad")
I also re-seated the keyboard roms on the pcb, also no difference...![:(]( "Sad")
The power-on LED doesn't light up...
Anyone any ideas what could cause these problems?...![:cry:]( "Crying or Very sad")
