I will have a look at that tool.
In the meantime, is it reasonable to presume that the board is working to some extent? The only language ROM is situated on the board and not on the motherboard, and the machine when started doesn't complain about a missing language?

If the language ROM is on the expansion, and the machine is stating up and running okay, then at least the part of the board for part of the sideways ROMs is working okay.

What doesreveal now?

Keep in mind that on your expansion board, you have two HM6264 8K byte SRAM chips giving one 16K byte sideways SRAM "bank"/"slot" (14), the BASIC 2 ROM (ROM 15) and the WE DFS (ROM 13).

Note that *HELP won’t show up any of the RAM banks or slots unless you have loaded a ROM image into them.
