That's using 640x480@60Hz (CMT timings).

I have this running on a RPi 3a with PiOS Buster + the Panasonic TV and it works.

However if I route the signal through this gizmo then I get no picture!...and after a while, this message.
If I connect the RPi via the gizmo to a DVI monitor then I do get a picture. The gizmo is a back to back HDMI connector but with only the 8 digital signal connected.

So some other signal needs to be present for the TV to detect the picture. This should be an easy fix now!
