I'm not sure I like the amount of green on it. I'm not convinced it's booting properly either. Light coming on doesn't really mean anything.
1) It's an auction, it probably won't stay that low, price-wise.
2) Are you capable of fixing it or do you know someone who would be? No one really offers a regular repair service for the 32bit machines.
